Every farm has a story. Ours is built on family, cattle, and generations of hard work.

At the heart of Meadowland are Jerry and John, who have spent a lifetime raising cattle and learning the lessons that only time, experience, and a whole lot of early mornings can teach.

Alongside them was Nancy—Jerry’s wife and John’s mom. Nancy was a huge part of the Meadowland family and one of the people who encouraged my husband and me to become more involved at the ranch. She believed in bringing family together, sharing what you know, and making sure the next generation had a place at the table—and in the pasture.

Nancy passed away in 2025, but the mark she left on Meadowland is still very much here.

Today, my husband and I are fortunate to be part of the story, learning from the generations before us and helping wherever we can. And then there’s our son, our little ranch hand in training, growing up surrounded by cattle, muddy boots, and more farm stories than he knows what to do with.

We may not be the ones who started this story, but we’re proud to help write the next chapter.

Because Meadowland is about more than cattle.
